Description

魚翅發法

1.直接放電鍋蒸約5~10分鐘。

**不需內鍋、不需加水。

2.放入水中,加入適量蔥、薑、米酒煮沸後,改小火煮約30分鐘。

3.熄火,靜置待水涼。

4.再次煮沸後轉小火煮約30分鐘,熄火靜至待水涼。

5.泡冷水6~8小時後,即可開始料理烹煮。
