一咬下鮮嫩💦的干貝牙齒立刻被彈回

還在震驚如此彈嫩的時候又被極鮮度給吸引🧲

不自覺閉上眼睛好好享受一番

接著對著山⛰的另一邊大喊「喜呀挖ㄙㄟ」❤


1.生干貝解凍後,瀝乾

2.熱鍋後,放入30克橄欖油加30克奶油,以中火加熱約1分鐘至油鍋滾燙

3.將干貝入油鍋內,轉小火;煎到輕輕用鍋鏟可翻面的程度,即可翻面。以小火煎至兩面焦黃,將水分收乾即可

4.將綠花椰菜切成適口大小,滾水川燙後放涼;另起一鍋,放入30克橄欖油,將綠花椰菜煎香後加入干貝水與海鹽,擺盤完成
