Description

魚皮發法

1.魚皮與蔥、薑、米酒、多一點的水,加熱約一小時,熄火悶置水涼。

**指甲按壓測試軟度,若不夠柔軟,可重複加熱一次至最佳狀態。

2.煮完後泡水一天(活水佳)後,稍加搓洗即完成。

**加水冷凍可保存一年。
